Which works better for social justice? A group support system run by a government that asks people to validate themselves or an individual merit system run non governmentally that uses rules to inform and direct?

Thank you for this important support for our president and correcting the gross misinformation from Rush Limbaugh. Those of us who care enough to be informed are very aware.of who the LRA is and are grateful that our president acted to send troups to help end these atraucities.
